Terms that keep Medcruit moving forward.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Medcruit Limited, a company registered in Kenya with a global, remote team.

Your continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Medcruit operates a global HealthTech talent ecosystem designed to connect healthcare talent with employers and organizations.

• Job marketplace for candidates and employers in 100+ countries.
• Remote and on-site recruitment, vetting and placement.
• Healthcare career resources, communities and professional opportunities.
• Premium career services including CV reviews, interview coaching and visa guidance.

Medcruit does not guarantee employment, job offers, hiring decisions or the accuracy of third-party content.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Employers must be legally authorized to hire within their jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.

You agree not to:

• Post false, defamatory, discriminatory or illegal content.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools without permission.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Attempt to bypass platform security measures.

All Platform content is owned by Medcruit or appropriately licensed. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission.

User-generated content remains yours, while you grant Medcruit a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content in connection with the Platform.

• Employers are responsible for job accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Candidates must provide truthful and accurate information.
• Fraudulent or misleading applications may result in account restrictions or bans.

Medcruit is not a party to any employment agreement entered into between a candidate and employer.

Free access is available globally. Certain premium services may require payment through supported payment methods.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable and applicable taxes may be charged separately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medcruit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Medcruit during the preceding 12 months.

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

Medcruit may suspend or terminate an account where there is a breach of these Terms, illegal activity, abuse of the Platform, fraud or other circumstances permitted by law.

You may close your account at any time through the applicable account settings.

Medcruit may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through email, platform notifications or other reasonable means.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
