Medcruit operates a global HealthTech talent ecosystem that connects healthcare talent with employers and organizations.

• Job marketplace for candidates and employers in 150+ countries.
• Remote and on-site recruitment, vetting, and placement.
• Healthcare career resources, communities, and opportunities.
• Premium career services, including CV reviews, interview coaching, and visa guidance.

To use the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Employers must be legally authorized to hire within their jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree not to:

• Post false, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Attempt to bypass platform security measures.

All Platform content is owned by Medcruit or appropriately licensed. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit it without written permission.

User-generated content remains yours, and you grant Medcruit a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in connection with the Platform.

Medcruit is not a party to any employment agreement between a candidate and an employer.

• Employers are responsible for job accuracy and legal compliance.
• Candidates must provide truthful and accurate information.
• Fraudulent or misleading applications may lead to restrictions or bans.

Free access is available globally. Certain premium services may require payment through M-Pesa, Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable, and applicable taxes may be charged separately.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medcruit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid Medcruit in the preceding 12 months.

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Medcruit may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, abuse, fraud, or other circumstances permitted by law. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, subject to applicable law.

Medcruit may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email, platform notification, or other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
